We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and content you create within the Service (mind maps, notes). We also collect basic usage data such as login timestamps and IP addresses for security purposes. We collect anonymous product usage data (pages visited, features used) and record anonymized session replays to understand how the Service is used and improve the experience.
When you use AI-powered features (chat, map generation, branch expansion, prompt suggestions, description generation), we log the inputs sent to and outputs received from AI models. We record your review decisions (accept, reject, edit) on AI-generated content. We also track when AI-generated content is later edited, deleted, or replaced.
Your information is used to provide the Service, authenticate your account, send transactional emails (e.g., password resets), and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
AI interaction logs are used to monitor service quality, investigate failures, and improve AI model outputs. These logs are accessible only to authorized staff members.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Mind map data is persisted in our database.
We use the following third-party services to operate StitchGraph:
Your content is sent to AI providers to generate AI responses. We do not share your account information with AI providers.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used, and we may use advertising-related identifiers for Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ads and show follow-up ads to visitors in the United States. These identifiers may include first-party opt-out state, browser cookies associated with Meta Business Tools, click IDs, and hashed contact information when you are signed in. You can turn advertising tracking off at any time using the controls below.
StitchGraph uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance, understand which ads led people to StitchGraph, and create ad audiences in the United States. We do not send your prompts, mind map contents, or free-form AI inputs to Meta. The control below lets you disable or re-enable this ad tracking for the current browser and, when you are signed in, for your account preference as well.
Use this control to opt out of Meta ad measurement and follow-up ads on StitchGraph. When you are signed in, the preference is also stored with your account.
Your account and mind map data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@stitchgraph.com. When your account is deleted, your account profile, mind maps, and associated content are removed. AI interaction logs (described in Section 1) are retained separately for up to 90 days after creation for quality and safety monitoring, and are then permanently deleted. Persisted chat history and accepted map content remain part of your account or map data until you delete that content or your account. Clearing your chat history or deleting a mind map does not immediately remove the associated AI interaction logs — they remain for the full 90-day retention window. Internal investigation bookmarks do not extend this retention period.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@stitchgraph.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
